To provide instant insight for decision-making, the ARFF division wanted to accelerate reporting cycles and make safety and compliance data available to all stations and management on a daily basis.
Working with InfoCapital, ARFF replaced its spreadsheet-based reports with an IBM Analytics solution that unifies data from seven systems and automatically generates daily reports and scorecards.
Although the new solution has only been online for a few months, it has already begun to transform the way ARFF operates. Instead of taking a purely retrospective view of its performance at the end of each month, the organization now receives timely, accurate insight into each day’s operations. This enables fire station managers to manage their time more effectively and take action as soon as problems arise.
